4pm - 7pm
In this class we will travel in 1st class to sample some simple yet delicious foods from around the world. Capt Phil, Riverway Mike and the tributaries will see to it you are treated like premium travelers in this world tour. We will also have a surprise treat from our team mixologist Johnny Bacon…
Our flight touches down in Asia where we will have a combination of Korean Short Ribs and Chicken Satay for appetizers.
We will then press on to Thailand and have some Thai red curry to get our taste buds revved up. We will then do a quick hop to India where we will sample some Tandoor Chicken. Then it’s on to Italy for some sirloin Marsala.
We will then return home to FL for some delicious cupcakes cooked in an orange half to finish off our tour.
You will see how all of these fabulous foods can be easily prepared in your Big Green Egg, The ultimate outdoor cooking experience. You will leave here not only having sampled some great food you will have the knowledge to impress your friends and family at your next dinner party.
