Egging 101 - This class will teach you the following:
Lighting the Big Green Egg "the right way"
Keeping your temperature low for SLOW n LOW cooking
Seasoning techniques
How to use wood for flavor
Cast Iron use and care
Show you many of the accessories that are available for your Big Green Egg.
We will be cooking:
Sausage filled Mushrooms
Beer Can Chicken
Burgers
Soberdough "Brew Bread"
This class will be a hands on class. You will be lighting and cooking on the Big Green Egg at Wassi's Learning Center.
We will provide BBQ tools and gloves for you to use. Note: This is a "hands on" class". There will be chairs available.
