Sunshine Grilled Chicken with Cranberry Orange Glaze
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Wassi’s Vintage Sunshine rub
Wassi’s or Cranberry Orange Relish
Heat Egg to about 400, season chicken with vintage sunshine rub and grill direct until internal temp reaches about 185. Then brush Orange Cranberry Relish Glaze over the thighs and allow to glaze for a few minutes.
½ cup Cranberry Orange Relish
¼ stick of butter
Mix Cranberry Orange Relish and butter together and bring to a boil, then simmer a few minutes to reduce a little. Brush on chicken at the end of the cook.
